I would say anyone but Jennifer Aniston's. Things haven't been going so well for her. That probably has nothing to do with her hairstyle, but you can never be sure.
Vicki, I have always been quite partial to a fem-mullet myself. It seems to shout "I am tough enough to take care of myself, but still enjoy a little tender loving care." It's a lot for a hairdo to say and I guess that is why I am partial. I like a chatty haircut.
